After Discord sign-in, your portal account is an applicant account. You can prepare a draft when the backend is configured. Staff open submissions only after approving the rulebook.
Use My Applications to read the decision and any requested changes. An approved application unlocks website member resources. A separate server-side whitelist must confirm that you can join FiveM.
